  1. Certificate of Good Standing

You must provide:

  • A valid original Certificate of Good Standing
  • Issued by your most recent medical regulatory authority
  • Not older than 6 months
  1. Original Notarized or Certified Passport Copy

A clear, valid passport copy that has been properly certified or notarized.

  1. ECFMG Final Verification Report

The following documents usually need verification through the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG):

  • Internship duty certificates
  • Registration with the medical council
  • Academic transcripts
  • Medical degree
